Out of curiosity, where is it in Salt Lake?

Creative Writing workshop with other Segullah readers? Paradise Cafe? Cafe Rio?

This is perhaps the first time I regret no longer living in Utah!

I would like to come, but have a nursing baby. Would I be able to bring her, or I could possibly leave her home with my husband but I’d have to bring my breast pump and take a few breaks during the day.

I can answer at least one of those questions: it will be held at the offices of Rhodes International, 5121 S Murray Blvd Murray, UT. You know the new hospital? It’s just west of it. And yes, there will lots of Rhodes samples and coupons.

This will be a truly fantastic event at a reasonable cost. I can hardly wait!

I regret not living nearby, and as a poetry bassed person, I want to go to Leslie’s visual art based class. Link to Leslie’s art page, and let folks realize what expertise she has… I LOVE her work!!!!

Great questions. We just added a FAQ page that addresses them.

And yes, Heather, I’ll add that link!

Do any of these workshops include a “sharing time” where participants read and share what they’ve written with the class? Should we bring any of our writings to this event? If yes, do you have any topic or word count requirements?

This sounds like so much fun. I’m trying to see if I can swing a trip to Utah from Colorado!
