Right now, sit down and pause for a few minutes. Slow your breathing. Close your eyes and just sit and breathe and relax. Then listen to this sweet rendition of “Silent Night” and focus  your mind and heart on the real reason we celebrate Christmas: the humble arrival of Jesus. Sit still in gratitude as long as you can. And when it’s time to get up and carry on with the tasks of your day, do so with a softer heart, a clearer mind, and a gentle smile on your face. Merry Christmas from all of us at Segullah!
